Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Grilled Shrimp SkewersThis delicious recipe combines sweet wild caught shrimp with a zesty lime butter marinade, perfect for over a grill during a beautiful summer day, or served with cauliflower rice for a cozy dinner on a chillier night.

Using organic wild caught shrimp means you won’t be settling for the flavorless and chemical packed mass farmed shellfish, which are often raised in sub-optimal and crowded conditions. Their artificial diets producing an inferior quality product.

Don’t skimp on the produce either–fresh organic pineapples, tomatoes, and bell peppers are sweeter and packed with deliciousness you won’t find elsewhere.


  • 1 dozen organic, wild caught raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • Juice and zest of 1 organic lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon organic parsley or cilantro, minced
  • 1 clove organic garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons organic, grass fed butter
  • Fresh organic pineapple chunks (optional)
  • Organic cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Organic bell peppers (optional)



  1. On a stove, melt organic grass-fed butter on low heat, taking care not to burn. Once liquified, remove from heat and add minced garlic, minced parsley, salt and pepper to taste, lime zest, and lime juice.
  2. Toss shelled and deveined raw shrimp in butter-lime mixture.
